I wanted to share a simple and tasty pesto recipe I made up.
1 1/2 C white beans (drained well)
2-3 C fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves, mashed
Put everything in food processor and blend until smooth. Very tasty!
