Pancakes made from mix without oil

Postby Starchyme » Fri May 24, 2019 11:18 pm

Years ago I used to buy a whole grain pancake mix and just add nut milk or water. But I can't recall the ratio between the mix and liquid. Does anyone know? Thanks. PS I wish they'd bring back McDougall's Right Food mix! They were delicious.

Don't worry about the ratio. Just add enough liquid to make the batter pourable, but not too thin.

Thanks. I must have added too much liquid. I will try it for Sunday breakfast with less liquid and report back how it went.
