can u show us how to calculate calorie density by using snap meal with and without beans.

The only way I know how to do it is make the recipe. This is how I do it:
Create a recipe in CRON-O-Meter to get the total number of calories in the dish. For example, let's say it is 1751 calories (cal).
Make the recipe and weigh it - for example, when finished it weighs 47 ounces.
Do some math. The way I do it is:
1751 cal = x cal
47 ounces 16 ounces
Solve for x:
x = (16 x 1751) / 47 = 596 calories / pound
You could weigh it without beans, then add the beans to the finished recipe and weigh and calculate again.
I have calculated the calorie density this way for most of the stuff I make all the time. I've rechecked a few of them and it varies a bit but not by more than 20 or 25 calories / pound.
