Hello,
I really enjoy the taste of Kale and tend to eat around 500g a day of it. Is this too much? I have a past of hashimotos disease and heard that kale is a glycogen. Are there any issues with iodine intake in that matter ( I use iodized sea salt)? Also, can blood clotting be an issue when high amounts of kale are consumed because of it's high amount in vitamin k?
Thanks!

How much kale do you anticipate eating?

I can’t imagine an issue with it, but why don’t you track your food for a few days and make sure you are hitting all your nutrient needs? 500g takes up a large volume, especially raw.
