Early in the week I cut up a onion, 3 green peppers, 4 carrots, 6 potatoes. The potatoes I soaked in water. This morning I made vegetable curry, with curry spice, turmeric, ginger and garlic. I sauteed the onion, in the pressure cooker, added the rest of the veggies with water. When cooked I added a container of small spinach leaves. It turned out pretty good, and enough for a week.
