https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBHTpha ... e=youtu.be This recipe looks pretty good, minus the sugar. I imagine mixing in a orange sweet potato with the Japanese sweet potatoes (red skin, white center) would make the cakes sweeter. I think I will give it a try.
