1 1/2 cups white spelt flour all-purpose flour works, too
1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons organic canola oil
1 cup water
I only used whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, 1/2 lemon juice, and water. I let them cook for just over 10 minutes, a little too long. They turned out really great. I used the frozen fruit jam, made with Chi, for a topping.
