The cabbage soup sounds delicious. I will have to give it a try.

I made some pizza crusts, put fresh spinach in food processor, after mixed I added some old fashion oat flour, I had ground in a blender and added water. Made into balls, flatten between parchment paper, baked for 10 minutes. Refrigerated to recook with toppings; I diced green peppers, red onion. And will add other veggies, like artichoke hearts and tomatoes/paste.

I made the crusts in circular shape, not very large, very filling. When making more I think I will make in a oblong shape.

For the week, I pressured cooked potatoes, and sliced raw potatoes for fries (refrigerate soaking in water).

Aloha, patty

Soup was good but not as flavorful as I expected. I added nutritional yeast and a little smoky penzeys salt to make it more interesting this evening. Will add salsa later this week.

I must have mis-measured something because I ended up with about 10 bean patties and I normally only have 7. So it will be soup and bean patties for most of the week.
