We eat lots of oats for breakfast.
For a change we had this:
1/4 Buckwheat cereal
1\2 cup non dairy milk.
Microwave for 3 min.
Top with berries of your choice.
Yummy.
I found Bob's red Mills but there may be other brands I haven't discovered yet.

I'malso a fan of Bob's buckwheat cereal. It tastes good and cooks in minutes - what's not to like
?
I haven't found any other buckwheat cereal that is comparable so far. But cooking whole buckwheat groats makes a good, if heavy porridge too.
