fat-free cocoa powder

Postby Hal » Sat Dec 08, 2018 6:56 pm

I've been looking at recipes for Christmas - I might send some recipes to family and friends. Is fat-free cocoa powder any 'plain' cocoa powder like 'Fry's' '?, or is fat-free less fat than Fry's ?

anyway, Fry's label shows half gram per tbsp., if 10 tbsp = 2/3 cup, then the recipe calls for 10(tbsp) x .5(gram fat) = 5 grams of fat in the recipe, so i thought i'd ask. I guess that's one of the reasons it's recommended as a 'rich' festive treat.

Wonder Cocoa is fat-free, according to the information on the label. A number of Mary McDougall's recipes specify it.
