Dillon makes charro beans with 3 pounds un-soaked dry beans in the instant pot and then crisps up his corn tortillas in the toaster to eat with it.

I have never heard of charro beans - that looks like a very tasty recipe.

That looks super yummy. We’re having taco night tonight, so I might put that together, sans jalepenos, add smoked paprika. Poblanos would be excellental, if they have them at the store.
