I recently discovered that Trader Joe's has oil free (and no added salt) sun-dried tomatoes! I didn't even think such a product existed. :)

Manna Bread by Manna Organics - this should be on a "packaged super-foods" list...the multi-grain has 0 fat and 10 mg sodium per serving.

Elmhurst Milked Oats - Publix Supermarkets carries these and they have five or six different flavors of plant milk. I know for sure the Oat milk meets the guidelines - not sure about the others. These are really good. No fillers, gums, etc.

Nature's Path Organic Yellow Corn Grits - .5 gram of fat and zero sodium per serving.

Tru Roots has a very good sprouted brown rice and also a sprouted quinoa.

Just found a couple items at Aldi:

100% whole wheat mini bagels
100% whole what mini pita rounds
Knock Your Sprouts Off - 7 grain bread (reg and low sodium)
Simply Nature Organic Marinara (has high sodium)
Simply Nature Tomato Basil sauce (has high sodium)

How is the list coming along?

Wow. I had no idea so many things are available on this WOE. :) Are all these things 100 WOE friendly, or for occasional use only?

These are all user recommended, but not vetted by any authority. Double check any product before use. I’ve seen products change indgredients and add oil.

I've recently been experimenting with Frontier Soups.

These are soup mixes, with full instructions on how to create non-compliant meals...

... but the ingredients of the actual mixes are fully compliant: no oil, no sugar, very little salt -- most of the mixes do not have salt added, but those that do seem to be below the 1:1 guideline. No preservatives or MSG.

For a 'soupy' soup, you can just add water.

For a 'hearty' soup, add a can of beans, or some grains, or some frozen vegetables.

There are 19 soup mixes, including:

  • Enchilada Soup Mix
  • Mushroom Barley Soup Mix
  • Jambalaya Soup Mix
  • Tortilla Soup Mix
  • Red Pepper Corn Chowder Mix
  • French Onion Soup Mix
When I made the Mushroom Barley Soup, I added 8 oz of fresh mushrooms. When I made the Tortilla Soup, I added 16 oz of frozen peppers. Experiment!

They also have 16 'hearty meal' mixes that I have not seen in the store.

For example: California Gold Rush White Bean Chili

Ingredients: Navy Beans, Sweet Potato, Onion, Red and Green Pepper, Celery, Paprika, Garlic, Cayenne and Spices. No added salt, preservatives or MSG.

Interesting thread. I usually use no more than 20% fat/oil to 100 calories, for bread. I enjoy Wasa crackers. Arare Japanese rice crackers are tasty and it is very easy to eat a few, not sure if acceptable. https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product ... rvices-inc There are a lot of varieties of rice crackers.

I hope you are putting a ebook together.

Aloha, patty

I found another one! Kroger sells store-brand mixed greens and turnip greens in the can without salt. The cans happen to be BPA-free, too!

The Dave's Killer Bread products now have oil in them. I still have a few compliant slices in the freezer, but I saw on one of the McDougall Facebook groups today that Dave's is using oil, and I confirmed it at the grocery store today. I am bummed. I loved that Good Seed Bread!

Guess it's time to try Ezekiel. Breads don't get too fancy at Food Lion, but the Ezekiel site says they carry three flavors at my store.
