Alvarado Street Sprouted No-Salt Added
https://www.alvaradostreetbakery.com/br ... in%20BreadI know this bread has been on the Approved Foods list for ages, but it contains Sunflower Lecithin, so I once wrote the office and asked about it a few years ago and was told it's acceptable:
Alvarado Street bakery products have always had some lecithin in them, and yes it is way down on the list so we do allow it to be on our list of approved products.
Mary McDougall
I also know Mary is more lenient than Dr. McDougall. Although it remains on the Approved Foods list, I no longer purchase it for the family.

Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans
https://www.oldelpaso.com/products/fat- ... ried-beansA discrepancy in ingredients between what the web site says and what the can in my hand says. The can says:
Ingredients: Cooked beans, water. Contains less than 2% of: salt, tomato paste, sea salt, chili pepper, sugar, onion powder, natural flavor, garlic powder.
I'll have to keep an eye on future purchases of this brand - they may be changing the recipe soon to include oil like all their other styles of refried beans.
