This looks interesting. Wonder how it tastes. Tomato-y? It's made much like the besan/chickpea tofu, with tomato sauce instead of water. I would imagine it could also be molded in a container rather than shaped with plastic wrap.

It does look interesting. I'm thinking it might be a little heavy on tomato though. That said, one could probably reduce the tomato and replace it with water or broth. It's probably adaptable in various ways.
