Who would have thought - putting tofu in a waffle iron. We don't eat tofu often, but I might give this a go.

I saw this the other day and thought the same thing. I never would have even considered putting tofu in a waffle iron. Susan is very creative and pretty awesome in general. I can't tell you how many times she has helped me with my website. I ask her questions often, and she is so gracious.
