I suppose it's safe enough for an occasional meal. I wouldn't want to have to live on it, though. :lol:

I really can't remember the last time I ate canned pasta. It's been a decade at least, probably longer.

White flour, 2 added sugars, and more sodium than calories.

I would say to save this for a desperation meal, like there's a hurricane or blizzard outside and you won't be able to go shopping for real food for a few days.

This product really shouldn't be eaten by anyone except in emergency situations, and certainly isn't conducive to good health.

Totally endorse both the above, food like this is very important for emergencies though.
