Can't really say I do anything special for St. Patrick's day, typically, other than buy a little loaf of Irish soda bread at Sprouts. Potatoes and cabbage are two favorite foods, though, so a peasant soup featuring those would be nice. I like colcannon, too, but don't make it because my daughter wouldn't eat potatoes if I put cabbage in them. I like palak paneer (with tofu for the paneer). That's green. Vegan Richa has some recipes collected for St. Pat's.
