Need Healthy Cornbread Recipe please

I am going to get my mother to make me a healthy cornbread. Could someone please post a recipe? (Ingredients + cooking instructions). I tried to use google but I am not sure about some of the things I looked at.

I am also going to add some jalapeno peppers in the cornbread.

The recipe below is from the China Study recipe book

Sweet Potato Cornbread
 
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups unsweetened plant milk
1 1/2 cups sweet potato - puree
1/2 cup pure maple syrup (optional)
 
Mix dry and wet ingredients
Fold in the sweet potato puree (do not overmix)
Bake for 375 degrees Fahr for 30 minutes
