:) Once you make it once, you never need a recipe again. It's just a matter of tossing things you like in a dish, really!

Since white potatoes are out for me, I cut up two large onions, two large yams, 1/2 large butternut squash, and 5 large carrots. I added 1/2 cup water, 1 TBS basil and 1 TBS oregano. I was worried the sodium in the tamari would be a problem for me. Its in the oven now! I might add some cabbage or broccoli later...
