Does anyone know if there is a resource to keep an online grocery list for McDougall recipes? I am new to this meal plan and am trying to switch from an online meal planning site that puts it all together for you and want to find something similar if possible.
Thanks!

In the Food and Recipes forum, check the topic called "Shopping Tip" It might help.

Happy herbivore recently started offering a meal planning service. Www.happyherbivore.com. All meals are vegan & no added oils.

Hello

I love sparkrecipes and sparkpeople.
You can enter your recipes and receive all the nutrition information.
Sparkrecipes links into the Sparkpeople food tracker.
You can enter your daily menus and it will give you fat/carb/protein for the day.
You can track your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks on a daily basis and receive daily/weekly reports.
It will create and let you print grocery lists from your menus.

The sites are all free and you get help from a great professional team

Has anyone ever taken the McDougal 10-day Meal Plan grocery list and consolidated it into one shopping list?
The grocery list is a separate list for EACH day. There are lots of repeat items from day to day. I would love to go to the grocery store with a much simpler and consolidated grocery list and buy all 10 days worth of groceries on one trip.

Okay, call me lazy, but I would love to follow the 10 day plan and grocery shopping is not my forte.

 OR if somebody has a Grocery List they like to use and half dozen or so meals that correspond with the list, PLEASE Share :) :-)

Here is the link to the 10-Day Meal Plan Grocery List with the list done day by day.

So happy I found out about this support group. It's great. My first day and I actually found exactly what I was looking for without asking. So a really good user friendly site :). Thanks for the grocery list and Dr. M's other list of foods to have on hand. Terrific.

If you have an iOS device like an iPhone you can download the Dr. McDougall Mobile Cookbook app. I don't know if its available on Android. You search for recipes by ingredient and then you can open the recipe and see what you need right in the store using your phone. :D

I am like you. I think a meal plan that converted to a grocery list would be a great idea! However, if you keep your meal plan to baked potatoes and broccoli every night, then it probably would not be necessary :-).
