For those of you who have followed my posts all these years, I just wanted to let you know, I've decided to discontinue my 1000 Vegan Recipes blog. It was fun, but I've taken it as far as I can at this point, and need to let it go. It was so fun!!! And thanks to those of you who read, enjoyed, learned from, and commented on my posts. :-D
