My suggestion is to ask your physical therapist. That's the person who will let you know what you are and aren't allowed to do once home. The therapist will most likely see you before discharge just to make sure you know how to walk with crutches and/or the walker, and be sure to have them show you how to navigate stairs before you go home.
Once you're feeling better and allowed to do aerobic, twisty movements, search YouTube for things like Chair Dancing, chair exercises, sitting aerobics, etc. You'll find a load of workouts there.
Good luck Monday! And be sure to ask to see the dietician right after admittance to talk over your food plan. Hospitals are a horror when it comes to healthy food choices. When Didi had her hip surgery she had to have her family bring in all her meals to both the hospital and rehab, there was nothing on plan to eat except limp dry salads, IIRC.
