Salad In A Tortilla Wrap/Pita....

Hello all - I Am wanting to find out if having my salad wrapped in a tortilla or pita is a good start for dinner???? I sometimes have two either WW or corn before my entree, then I Am really really full...

Other suggestions which helps me eat more greens???

Well, I'm kinda readin' between the lines here but one thing I have done is make greens an ingredient in my morning porridge...which is not a practice that would have been attractive to me prior to taking up this WOE. It has really improved my regularity and even if fruit is included, the dish still tastes good. Chard, kale, mustard greens, collard greens, beet greens, beets, carrots, celery, cabbage...some combo of those is going into me every meal these days. So you could try that. :-D
