Breads, Tortillas and Buns

For the meals on Forks over Knives that call for whole wheat buns, tortillas, bread, etc.. What are the best ones to purchase that are oil free and least processed?

Hi
I get my corn tortillas at a local south american grocer.
I get my vegan, no oil, no sugar light rye bread at a local bakery.
Pastas I can get at any grocery store. I usually get the gluten free variety.
