Hi, everyone. I will make it quick. It's winter where I live, so there is limited supply of good frozen vegetables. I now started using more of the frozen veggie mixes as an addition to my starch. Sometimes I cook/reheat them in a water. But I prefer to put them right on the non stick pan and cook/reheat them that way. I like them to be a bit burned (with a bit of black on some pieces). Is that ok or not the best idea? Is there something harmful in the burned parts of veggies?
