I eat SNAP meals literally every day but just cannot eat the volume recommended (ex: for one meal - 28 oz tomatoes, 1 lb veg, 1 can beans, and starch). That makes a large pot of food.
I can eat about a third of that amount. But then I'm not getting the nutritional value Jeff Novick lists in this post
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=10519&start=15&hilit=a+simple+nutrititious+affordable+plan+snapIs it still nutritious enough if I don't eat enough to get the full nutritional value? I really do eat like this every single day and have been for years!

The only recommended volume is to “eat when hungry until comfortably full. Don’t stuff, don’t starve and don’t eat when not hungry."
