Pressure cooking arsenic out of brown rice

Postby Branson » Thu Dec 24, 2020 11:42 am

Jeff,

Will it still work to use lots of water and pressure cook the brown rice and then dump the water? I dont wanna boil on stove. (whine)

Bought Walmart brand brown rice and wanted to begin anew in 2021.

This is a serious question Jeff.

Like converted brand rice gets the nutrients driven into the grains.

Is pressure cooking getting rid of arsenic or is the pressure driving the arsenic into it?

first, considering you just got back on track, this is most likely, one of the least of your worries

second, I don’t use a pressure cooker and not familiar with any of the evidence around it, good or bad,

Sorry
