I have just started the McDougall diet and it is eliminating my excess of Candida and I feel great!
I have looked into your archive and I have not been able to find the answer to my question.
In your opinion, what is the best source of probiotics for the gut?
I assume yoghurt is out of the question as it is dairy.
I have read that Kim chi, Sauerkraut are amazing. Do you agree?
In regards to probiotic supplements, do you think they are effective and what is your favourite?
