Jeff,

Do you have any info in what to eat when hospitalized? I haven’t been lately, but if memory serves me right, the options were downright appalling.

That all depends on the hospital you are in, why one is there and what is on their menu.

It is often a disgrace but depending on the above, their menu’s can sometimes be navigated, more healthy food is being made available and one could always have food brought in
