The youngings and B12

Postby Lyndzie » Thu Nov 07, 2019 3:11 pm

Hi Jeff.

Is it toxic for small children (under 2) to have 500 mcg or 1000 mcg B12 supplement?

Thanks,
Lindsey

Are they still getting breast milk?

Are they eating any foods that have b12 added?

16 months old, still nursing, no B12 supplemented foods. Planning on following the good Doc’s recommendation to nurse for two years.
