Hey Jeff, I just installed a water filter in my kitchen. It removes calcium, magnesium and other solids from the water. If I'm following your guidelines will I still be getting enough calcium in my diet? Thank you.

We get our vitamins ad minerals (except for B12) from the food we eat.

I got that. I was just wondering if water was counted in some of the "food we eat"?

Dr. Greger seems to hint that water does provide some necessary minerals, "Reverse osmosis systems can work even better, but the cost, water waste, and loss of trace minerals doesn’t seem worth it."

Yes.
There are many analysis here in this forum showing the adequacy of this diet based on the food alone. There are also threads specifically on calcium, water etc
