Excellent Summary!

Unusual body builds; tall & very thin
Overweight yet normal health numbers; obesity paradox
Within healthy BMI range yet still not good health numbers

Except there is no obesity paradox. Most of them will eventually develop lifestyle related diseases.

No.

I am not sure why you might think that.

Remember, the principles and guidelines are always applied to the individual and their situation.

When the healthy zone is reached that's when the transition from MWL to regular program occurs.
That is; increase calorie density until the weight loss stops and a near constant weight is maintained.

Thanks, abit :-D

Many of us stay on the MWL plan ~100% and just adjust the ratio’s, pre-loads, etc but continue to avoid calorie dense foods.
