I thought this was a myth that had been busted.
https://www.naturalnews.com/039404_micr ... ients.htmlI seem to recall an actual lab report, a pdf file, that showed the level of nutrients in vegetables cooked with boiling, steaming and microwave. It showed that for some foods boiling and steaming removed more nutrients than microwaving.
I would be lost without my microwave.
