Credible sources say that this vitamin may be worthwhile looking into, especially for atherosclerotic folk like me.(I've been plant-based for six years, but before that...) It's tough to search for on this forum because the search software doesn't handle 2-letter terms well.
It seems that the only plant sources are fermented ones, with natto being the richest source.
