Hi Jeff,
Please direct me if this question has already been answered...if you want to refrigerate or freeze your burgers to eat at a later date, would you refrigerate or freeze before or after cooking them? Also, how long do they keep in the refrigerator and freezer?

You can do either one. However, I prefer freezing them after they have been made into patties and before cooking.

In the fridge, 3-5 days, though you may get longer depending on the conditions.

In the freeze, 3-6 months
