Food Addiction

Postby talita8 » Fri Nov 10, 2017 1:49 am

Hi Jeff,
What do I do? I have had Cancer and have been trying to eat the McDougall way now for 4 years. I got to my goal weight. And have been trying to maintain this all year. But I keep going off track. Do I need to give up all triggers for life. Sugar is a big one. But I live with a family of 5 others. One my mother in law and she lives on processed food. Plus 3 teenagers who eat all the plant based meals I provide, but they are not plant based and neither is my husband. Do I start by giving up sugar. Is there a group to support me through this? I have been on the maximum weight loss group. But still slip up.
Thanks Talita.
