Breastfeeding

Postby louie3084 » Sat Aug 05, 2017 12:19 am

Hi Jeff,

I am breastfeeding a four month old baby. Is there anything in particular that I need to look out for nutrition wise to ensure good milk supply. I am not looking to lose too much weight, perhaps just 2 kg. Should I eat some good fats each day? Do you have a suggested meal plan outline or calorie target?

Thanks in advance.
