Algae-based EPA/DHA

Postby Langeranger » Tue Mar 14, 2017 12:17 pm

Jeff, I eat a well-rounded low-fat, plant-based diet and daily grind flax and chia seeds to add to the breakfast oats. What's yourexpert opinion on the merits, if any, of adding an algae supplement. Would I be wasting my $$? Don
