I was in the hospital with severe nausea and told I needed my gallbladder out. So it is too late for me. Now I read that that increased my chances for cancer. Is there anything I can do to reduce this risk? Thank you.

These articles are focused on keeping your gall bladder. Mine is already gone. The only thing they say about avoiding problems after it is removed, is to eat the McDougall diet. I am already doing that. Isn't there something else I can do?
