How Safe Is Your Salad article

Thanks so much for the twitter link to the article on food safety (How Safe Is Your Salad?). This topic is so important. I do not buy bagged salad for fear of contamination. I purchase greens in bunches and heads and wash them myself, tedious but worthwhile. Thanks, Jeff, for helping us stay informed. (I'd copy the link but I don't know how to copy and paste on my tablet).
