Question about the Burgers/Fries DVD

Jeff,
I was planning on buying your Burgers and Fries DVD; however some comments in the Amazon Reviews suggest that there are file errors/etc with trying to open the PDF for the recipes.
Are you familiar with these comments?

Yes, apparently there was a problem with a few of the DVD's
Those who contact me or where they purchase it, get the PDF

Hi Jeff,
I purchased your DVD on Ebay and I can't access the PDF file on my DVD. I watched the entire video yesterday & am really looking forward to making the recipes today. How can I get the PDF file?
