IGF-1 Levels and HGH

Postby RussT » Thu May 23, 2019 8:07 pm

Hi Jeff,

Many WFPB doctors recommend an optimal IGF-1 below 150 as elevated IGF-1 levels in adults can increase the growth rate of cancer.
Also, I've been reading about IGF-1 levels and how it's a reflection of HGH levels. As we age, our HGH levels decline and the thought is that it should remain at youthful levels for optimal health. Can you provide your thoughts on this and clear up the confusion please?

Thank you very much Jeff.
