Looks like you're going strong. The almonds the other day...well, you recognized them for the high fat food they are, and I'd say still within McD guidelines because they weren't almond OIL. Non But still, you don't want to do that every day. Almonds are way high in fat, all nuts and seeds are. But if that's the worst you do, you'll be doing FINE!

Since I started incorporating exercise a few weeks ago I've been feeling quite hungry. I've added some dried fruits to my diet. I'm in desperate need of some calorie density! I am losing weight a little too fast--it's uncomfortable and I'm craving meat and oil now. I am going to eat a lot of pasta this week :D
