Down 67.6 pounds

I've only lost half a pound in the past 5 weeks. I'm 2.8 pounds from my goal weight and it is going super slow...

Really glad I have my weight gurus scale so I can see the monthly average is moving, little by little, because the daily
weigh ins don't show anything except up and down and up and down...

It's getting closer, little by little
:)

...................................................
Highest weight ever: 208

Re-committed to plant based eating: 198.4

Just below goal: 126.6

So happy to not be experiencing cravings, no more weighing and measuring, just healthy starches and veggies for satiety

Love all the great info Dr McDougall puts out there, I'm always sharing his books with friends...

Love the lectures Dr Lisle gives, if you haven't seen them, check of the webinar page, he subs in for Dr McDougall about once a month

All my life I thought something was wrong with me, I was never full, always hungry.. I did weight watchers so many times and though I got to goal once, I couldn't manage to stay there, and never ever got below 130... The last time I did weight watchers I said "no more" .. I was so incredibly hungry I felt like my body was a huge empty cavern. So glad I found starch based eating...

Sometimes the answer is not just in one place, you have to read articles, books, and watch videos until you find what is going to work for you.. I found when I finally went completely unprocessed, and cut out flours, that really helped with my cravings... I just kept overeating on pasta... and when I added more veggies to my daily diet it really helped fill me up with less calorie density...

If I can do it after a lifetime of being overweight, I really feel anyone can. Just keep trying, no matter how many times you slide off plan...
