Today is the 3rd day with "no exceptions"!! ( i mean that at least,my exceptions on Mary's Mini, are DrMcDougall legal)
Breakfast: one boiled potato
snack: boiled medium potato + coffee with sugar + 4 glasses of water
lunch: big green salad with plain vinegar + 3 slices of homemade whole grain bread+ one potato
snack: whole grain bread (2 slices) + i glass of water
supper: one boiled potato + salad+ 1 slice of bread
I love that bread - ...
i feel (but i am still not) lighter- especially at my stomach area.
i usually take a nap after coming back from work, but these days i follow the program, i do not need so much sleep.
i feel more and more better with my preference not to "break" my diet.... Lets see what is coming next!
I want to succeed!
