Breakfast: Oats w/ splash of soy milk, 3 medjool dates, green tea
Snack: 2 x rice cakes with vegemite
Lunch: 4 x slices vegan multigrain bread w/ strawberry jam
Snack: 5 x sml apples, 4 x medjool dates
Dinner: Brown rice, mixed veggies and vegan Shepherd's pie (mashed potato with sml amount of vegan cheese, chopped veggies, lentils)
Water: 2 litres
