Losing it

Postby tornadoalley » Mon Mar 19, 2012 3:40 am

Cannot find when the last time I posted.

Went and go my potatoes and frozen veggies yesterday,
This morning I am at 183.8. It could be worse but glad that it is not.
I will be keeping a list of what I eat everyday and see what really causes me to drop weight each day,
I will weigh each day for probably about a month and then go once a week.
Had decided that meals with a lot of stuff in them do not work for me.
I had terrible stomach problems.
DH is on weight watchers and is doing so good, does not work for me.
Trying to get DD to stop eating so many sweets even though she does not eat a whole lot of them.
Glad to be back

Did really well yesterday.
Our weather sucked so did not get out for a walk.

Going to see what I weigh next Monday and then adjust menu accordingly.

Had potatoes and vegeterian baked beans and one no oil sweet potato muffin , small for breakfast.
Lunch will be the rest of the beans and potatoes and a small salad.

Dinner will have to think about that.

Good luck you are off to a great start for sure!
I have lost about 60 lbs and never thought I'd be in the 150s ever again. cured my NAFLD!! Feel great!! Wt loss is so good for the knees and back, ankle, that I know I will never start back to the SAD way of eating again.

Day before yesterday I weighed and lost one lb,
I weighed this morning and lost 2.2 more.

I have been eating like 45-50 grams of food with fiber in it, I am full not wanting to snack on stuff I should not.

Today is monday 3-26
Going to really watch what I eat.
Need to start taking a walk in the mornings.

yesterday I ate a lot of fiber.
oatmeal, fiber bar, rice cakes, very few veggies and I need to start chopping them up so that they are ready to use.
I did not gain any weight over the weekend.
