Postby RAS » Thu Mar 01, 2012 4:31 pm

Hi,It's only me again.Fell hard at Christmas and am really trying hard to fight the feast beast.
Have many birthdays this month (1-2 every week) so if I don't get this under control now...well you know what happens.
B-oatmeal with peaches,1walnut,and 1/2 T. flax seeds ground.
L-Large salad,and baked potato
D-Finished above salad with corn, and small sweet potato
Now when gs gets done with his homework;we'll go to the Y and do laps.Weight is up and so are the blood sugars  my own fault though.RAS
8:30-Apple sliced with cinnamon.Did an exercise class in the pool!

RAS, sorry to hear about your frustration. Happens to the best of us, though. You're back here, and that's what is most important...and you got back here before it was too late! Forgive yourself and move on. I'm glad you're back! You got this! :)
