Hi,It's only me again.Fell hard at Christmas and am really trying hard to fight the feast beast.
Have many birthdays this month (1-2 every week) so if I don't get this under control now...well you know what happens.
B-oatmeal with peaches,1walnut,and 1/2 T. flax seeds ground.
L-Large salad,and baked potato
D-Finished above salad with corn,and small sweet potato
Now when gs gets done with his homework;we'll go to the Y and do laps.Weight is up and so are the blood sugars
my own fault though.RAS
8:30-Apple sliced with cinnamon.Did an exercise class in the pool!
