Negative aspects of losing weight

Postby nordgirl » Tue Feb 07, 2012 2:26 am

Not that I prefer to be fat, but just for fun can you add something to my list?

1. Your clothes stop fitting to the point that you have to buy new ones

2. Your wedding ring starts spinning on your finger

3. Your husband's libido goes up (no pun intended) which could be good or bad depending on your perspective 8)

4. Your expensive lingerie doesn't fit anymore because your boobs shrink
My type 2 diabetic husband and I have lost a total of 65 pounds thanks to Dr. McDougall. I'm cooking for a household of 7 McDougallers, and enjoying good health and a renewed sense of well being.

5. You feel the cold more because you don't have a layer of blubber keeping you warm.

6. You develop wrinkles in places you didn't know got wrinkles.

Both of these have happened to me, and it's totally worth it!

7. Your friends get jealous and try to make you eat bad stuff.

8. You lose your excuses for not exercising.

9. You struggle to get in your full television line-up because all your energy makes it hard to just sit for hours.

10. The grooves from your pesky 6-pack abs leave line marks on your fitted tops.
